Returns and Refund Policy

All full price sales are refundable, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. All items purchased at sale prices will be issued with a credit note.

Please register your return request in our returns centre within 7 days of your item being shipped from Slof (or within 14 days if you are outside of the UK).

 

Return requests past 7 days of shipping (or past 14 days if you are outside the UK) will not be accepted.

 

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.  We would always recommend an item is returned by a tracked/signed for service but at a very minimum a proof of postage should be obtained.  We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost during return transit.

Following an inspection of the item a refund (excluding postage) will be processed within 7 working days.

If you receive an item, you believe is faulty or not as described please contact us within 7 days after shipping to report the problem. Items reported after 7 days will not be processed. We may require proof for example photographs of the item. In this instance the full cost of the item and the postage will be processed (with our apologies!)
